We are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders during our closing down sale. Please allow for up to 1 week processing time on orders.

Once an order is placed, we aim to process orders within 3 business day (*During our closing down period please allow additional time for order processing given we are operating with a reduced number of staff). After this, you will receive an email with your order and delivery details along with your unique tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its journey.

We advise you to follow closely to make sure there is someone present on the day of delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, the company will contact you to coordinate another delivery date. If the delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.

As we begin our closing down process, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final during this period.
